Elsie June Wynkoop of Grahamsville passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at home surrounded by her family. She was 83. She was the daughter of the late Waldo and Margaret Johnson Becker born on June 23, 1937 in Meno, OK. Elsie worked as a nurse for over 40 years. She was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Grahamsville Methodist Church and was raised Mennonite. She is survived by her sons Jim Wynkoop and Dale Wynkoop and his wife Leslie, her grandchildren Amber (Jamie) Thibodeau, Kelsey Wynkoop, Morgan Wynkoop, Stephanie (Gregory Leichtfeld) Johnson, Cameron Johnson, and Mason Wynkoop, her great grandchildren Amelia Mergendahl, Maverick Mergendahl, Sophia Leichtfeld, and her brothers Roland Becker and Leon Becker. She was predeceased by her brothers Vernon and Martin Becker and her devoted husband Richard "Dick" Wynkoop. Services will be held at a later date.
