He was 40. Patrick was the son of John J. and Jean Weymouth Kelly and was born on January 8, 1973 in New York City. He was a tow truck driver for Sam's Towing in Liberty, NY. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his parents, John J. and Jean Kelly of Smallwood, NY; his fiancée, Deborah Fischer at home; sons, Patrick Kelly Jr. and Liam Kelly, both of Smallwood, NY; his sister, Jacqueline Zelewitz and her husband Bradley of Woodbury, NY and two nieces. The family will receive friends today, Tuesday March 26, 2013 from 6 - 8 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 3534 Rt 55 Kauneonga Lake, NY. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 8 PM.
