He was 65. The son of the late Clifford Emmens and Lorraine Larussa Emmens, he was born on March 30, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY. Frank was a Vietnam War Veteran and he was an avid sportsman, especially enjoying bowling, golf and pool. He was a member of the Sullivan County Pool League. Survivors include his wife, Laurie Emmens at home; his daughter, Vanessa Kelder and her husband Fred of Swan Lake, NY; his sister, Elaine Scaillo and her husband Frank of Massapequa, NY; a grandchild, Oakley Kelder; his ever faithful companion "Sabrina" at home and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 11, 2013 from 7-9 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope. NY. Burial of ashes and graveside services will be held at a future date in Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery.
