She was 92 Years of age. The daughter of the late Frank and Catherine Bilsky Gillar, she was born on June 27, 1922 in Olyphant, PA. Isabel was a World War II Navy Veteran, serving her country from 1943 to 1945. She was a self-employed hairdresser with her own shop and was a former member of the Monticello Garden Club. She also was a member of St. Peter's Church in Monticello, NY. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Martino at home; her son, Gregory Martino of Albuquerque, NM; her daughters, Kathleen Cleary and her husband Phillip of Maryland and Stacey Oretsky and her husband Jace of Coral Springs, FL; grandchildren, Kelly Kaufman and her husband James of Maryland, Joshua Bogner of Maryland and Taylor Oretsky of Florida; great-granddaughter Miranda Petrella and her husband Michael of Maryland; great-grandsons, twins Tyler and Travis Bogner of Maryland and great-great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Petrella, also of Maryland. Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY. Funeral arrangements by Ramsay's Funeral Homes Inc. Monticello, NY.
