Rosa Slack, of Liberty, passed away on August 18, 2019 at Sullivan County Adult Care Center. She was 94. She was born on November 18, 1924. A mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Immaculate Conception Church in Woodbourne, NY.
