Obituary of Suzanne Gibbons

Home: Smallwood, New York USA Place of Birth: Brooklyn, New York USA Obituary Suzanne Gibbons Smallwood, NY Suzanne Gibbons, a longtime resident of Smallwood, NY, passed away on Wednesday June 14, 2017 at Orange Regional Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 48. The daughter of William S. and Barbara Rossiter Kelly, she was born on April 20, 1969 in Brooklyn, NY. She was a member of the White Lake Reformed Presbyterian Church and was an advocate for the mentally challenged and had worked at Crystal Run Village in Narrowsburg before her illness. Suzanne is survived by her mother, Barbara Kelly of Staten Island; her husband, Thomas Gibbons at home; son, William Gibbons of Smallwood; daughter, Kaleigh Gibbons of Smallwood; stepsons, Thomas Gibbons (Jesslyn) of Georgia and Brandon Gibbons of Smallwood; stepdaughters, Shannon Vasquez (Ricky) of Bronx and Amber Gibbons of Hurleyville; grandchildren, Arianna Conway, Michael Conway, Jacob Graham, Gianna Anaya and Jordan Gibbons; several aunts and uncles and many cousins. She was predeceased by her father, William S. Kelly. Visiting hours are today, Friday, June 16 from 7 - 9 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 3534 Route 55, Kauneonga Lake, NY. Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 17 at Noon at the White Lake Reformed Presbyterian Church. Pastor David Coon will officiate. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Bethel, NY.
