Home: Liberty, New York USA Place of Birth: , Puerto Rico Obituary Benjamin A. "Benny" Casiano Liberty, NY Benjamin A. "Benny" Casiano, a longtime Liberty resident, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 77 years of age. He was born on June 14, 1939 in Puerto Rico to the late Faustino and Hermitania Casiano. Benny, along with his wife Annette, owned and operated Benny's Upholstery Shop, located in Liberty, since 1983. He is survived by his loving wife, Annette Casiano at home; his children, Joshua Casiano of Roscoe, NY; Faustino Casiano of Woodridge, NY, Alexeca Almodovar of White Sulphur Springs, NY, Benjamin Casiano of South Carolina, Joseph Casiano (Nelsa) of Rhode Island, Melinda Casiano of Philadelphia, PA, Dash Casiano of South Carolina and Natalia Casiano of North Carolina; fifteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and sisters, Maria Casiano of Puerto Rico and Tina Casiano of Florida. Benny was predeceased by a daughter, Rebeca Casiano and a brother, Tony Casiano. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, Oct. 3 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday Oct. 4 at 11 AM at Ramsay's Funeral Home. Rev. Johanna Andritz will officiate. Burial will follow at Hodge Cemetery in Neversink, NY.
