Obituary of William A VanLoan

William A. “Casper” VanLoan, 31, passed away on May 17, 2018. He will be truly missed. William is the son of Allen and Jane and was born on February 10, 1987 in Harris NY.

Casper worked as a mechanic and loved working on and racing cars. You would often find him at the Bethel Speedway, or fishing and camping. He loved spending time around the camp fire and on long car rides. Most of all he loved his two girls; Elektra and Harliee, who he was devoted to.

Casper leaves behind his parents Allen and Jane. His two daughters: Elektra and Harliee VanLoan. His sisters: Kimberly Rodriguez and husband Angel; Rena Decker and husband William; Robin Young and Charleen Ross. His nephews: Isiaih and Joshua Rodriguez, Anthony Mitchell, William Jr. and Allen Decker, David Rosario and his niece: Elizabeth Quinones. A great-nephew Anthony Mitchell Jr. And a special cousin Bobbie Joe “Ona” Smith.
