Obituary of Carol Hendrickson

Carol J. Hendrickson, of Liberty, passed away on Friday, November 02, 2018 at Sullivan County Adult Care Center. She was 75. She was the daughter of the late William Ward and Julia Smith, born on December 28, 1942 in Bradley, NY. Carol worked as a Nurse for Sullivan County Adult Care Center. In her free time, Aunt Carol, as she was affectionately known as by just about everyone, was a member of the Liberty United Methodist Church as well as the Liberty Basterettes and the Liberty Elks. She had a kind heart and was known to be a very fun-loving woman. She was a loving aunt and great-aunt she will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her nephews Jim Ward of Liberty, Scott Ward of Pennsylvania and Billy Ward of North Carolina; her nieces Peggy Leland of Liberty and Trisha Storms of North Carolina; as well as many great-nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brothers Jim and William Ward A memorial visitation will be held from 7-9p on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Colonial-Ramsay Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St., Liberty, NY 12754. A memorial service will be held at 8pm at the funeral home. Pastor Paul Minton will officiate.
