Home: Liberty, New York USA Place of Birth: Neversink, New York USA Obituary Beatrice Hulse Ratner Liberty, NY Beatrice Hulse Ratner, a lifelong Sullivan County resident, passed away on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Achieve Nursing and Rehab Center in Liberty, NY. Bea was 80. She was the daughter of the late Sylvester and Catherine (Broadhead) Bell and was born on October 13, 1937 in Neversink, NY. "Aunt Bea" as she was called was a nurturing and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was always taking care of everyone's needs and was a "mom" to everyone she knew. Her family and friends will miss her presence and her caring ways. She is survived by her devoted Loving husband of 42 years, Milton Ratner at home; daughter, Pamela Driscoll (Frank) of Connecticut; sons, William Hulse and Timothy Hulse (Amber), all of Liberty, NY; James Ratner of Wodbourne, NY, Joseph Ratner (Christie) of Jeffersonville and Jason Ratner (Rochel) of Los Angeles, CA; her sister, Eleanor Wells of Cooley, NY; grandchildren, Tara, Brienne, Frisk, Elysia, LunaPixie, Jared, Angela, Tyler, Travis, Ashlynne, Stephanie, Elle, Menachum and Dvora and great-grandchildren, Brien and Kelly. She is also survived by her lifelong friends, Grace Davis and Barbara Beseth. Her brother, Sylvester Bell Jr. predeceased her. Friends may call on Monday November 20, 2017 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday November 21, 2017 at Ramsay's Funeral Home with Rev. Bridgette LeConey officiating. Burial will take place at Parksville Cemetery in Parksville immediately following funeral services.
