Green, a lifelong resident of Sullivan County, passed away on Tuesday December 22, 2015 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. She was 75 years of age. The daughter of the late Harold and Helen Roman Hulse, she was born on November 22, 1940 in Liberty. Doris had worked as a bus aide for Rolling V Bus Co. for many years. She leaves behind her children, Jim Green (Robin) of Parksville, NY, Tami Chanov (Mike) of Liberty and Denise Hastings (Scott) of Myrtle Beach, SC; daughter-in-law, Patti Green of Liberty; son-in-law, Steve Shelley of Liberty; sisters, Phyllis (Steve) Buchman of Rock Hill and Janice(Eddie) Conklin of Warner Robbins, GA; grandchildren, Ashley Toledo, Justin Green, Mike Chanov (Kasey), Anthony Chanov, P.J. Green (Christy), Chris Green (Cathleen) and Michael Green; great-grandchildren, Aubreigh Green, Jayden Green, Madison Pettit, Jasmine Green, Sophie Toledo and Kiprian Chanov and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Charles "Pat" Green Jr, her son, Charles "Butch" Green and her sister, Elizabeth Hulse. Friends may call on Sunday, December 27, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, December 28 at 10 AM at St. Peter's church, 264 N. Main St. Liberty. Fr. William Scafidi will officiate. Burial will follow the mass at St. Peter's Cemetery in Liberty, where Doris will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband, Pat. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
