Home: Livingston Manor, New York USA Place of Birth: Liberty, New York USA Obituary Diane Welton Livingston Manor, NY Diane Welton, of Livingston Manor, NY, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY at the age of 69. Born in Liberty, NY on September 21, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Sarah Hyzer Welton. Diane was retired from the Sullivan county Adult Care Center, where she was a nurse's aide for 33 years. She is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. As per Diane's wishes, her cremains will be buried in the spring at Liberty Cemetery with per parents, Howard and Sarah Welton. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sullivan County SPCA, PO Box 995, Rock Hill, NY 12775. Graveside memorial services will be held on Monday May 2, 2016 at Liberty Cemetery at 11 AM with Rev.
