Malone, 77, of Swan Lake, NY, passed away on Tuesday October 6, 2015 at Catskill Regional Medical Center in Harris, NY. She was the daughter on the late Joseph and Ann Pisane and was born on December 22, 2015 in Brooklyn, NY. Carolyn was a Registered Nurse for the New York City Department of Health. She is survived by her daughter, Lori Malone, of Barryville, NY. Cremation took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY. Memorial funeral services will be held on Sunday October 11, 2015 at 1 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 3534 Route 55 in Kauneonga Lake, NY. Rev. Kenneth Rodgers will officiate.
