Obituary of Jessy Miceli

Home: Brooklyn, New York USA Place of Birth: Harris, New York USA Obituary Jessica "Jessy" Miceli Liberty, NY Jessica "Jessy" Miceli, a former resident of Liberty, NY and current resident of Brooklyn, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday January 29, 2017 at her home. She was 25 years of age. The daughter of Douglas Dean and Janet Miceli, she was born on September 5, 1991 in Harris, NY. Jessy was a member of St. Peter's Church in Liberty and graduated from Liberty High School where she was involved with sports, especially volleyball. She was currently a sophomore at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn where she was recently admitted to the National Society of Leadership and Success. Jessy was the light of our lives and will be forever missed by her family and her many friends. She leaves behind to cherish her memories her mother, Janet Miceli of Liberty; her father, Douglas Dean and his wife Wendy of Neversink; her grandmother, Betty Dean, of Neversink; brothers, Matt Miceli of Queens and Dylan Dean of Neversink; sisters, Laura Dort of Brooklyn, Demi Miceli of Liberty and Briana Dean of Neversink; uncles, Donald Dort of Islip Terrace, Arden Dean and his wife Meigan Dean of Neversink and Michael Dean and his wife JoAnn of Neversink; nephews, Brandon Dort and Matthew Colletti, both of Brooklyn ; niece, Taylor Dort of Brooklyn; several cousins and many friends. Visiting hours are on Saturday, February 4, 2017 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. Services will be held at the funeral home at 8 PM with Fr. William Scafidi officiating. The family will receive friends between calling hours (4-7 PM) at the Liberty Fire House, Sprague Ave. Liberty, NY where refreshments will be served.
