He was the son of the late Arthur and Anna Major Bell and was born on April 27, 1922 in Newark, NJ. John was a factory worker for Ford Motor Company in Mahwah, NJ. He is survived by several cousins ,nieces and nephews. Creamtion took place at Cedar Hill Crematory in Middle Hope, NY.
