Home: Loch Sheldrake, New York USA Place of Birth: Liberty, New York USA Obituary Walter Jones Jr. Loch Sheldrake, NY Walter Jones Jr., 68, of Loch Sheldrake, passed away peacefully at his home on July 2, 2014 after a hard-fought battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Walter and Dorothy Conklin Jones, he was born on June 23, 1946 in Liberty, NY.. Walter leaves behind his children, Alan (Susie) Jones of Roscoe, Jason (Chris) Jones of Liberty, Matthew (Amanda) Jones of Fallsburg, Michael Jones of Grahamsville, Wayne Jones of Binghamton, Walter (Gator Jones of Woodbourne, Kathy Jones of Binghamton, Loretta ( James) VanAken of Woodbourne and Mary (Willie) DeGraw of Monticello; his siblings, Eva Salazar of Florida, Annabelle (Fred) Rios of Florida, Frank (Carol) Jones of Mountaindale and Lee Jones (Renee) of Swan Lake; several grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends and co-workers at Rolling V Bus Co. Walter will now continue his journey and be with his late wife of 42 years, Kinda Jones. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by sisters, Charlotte Almodovar, Haley Jones, Mary Jane Jones and Catherine "Hopkins" Irwin and brothers, Freddie Jones and Eugene Jones. A family statements reads, "Walter is gone but not forgotten. We love you with all our hearts and you will be missed dearly." Visiting hours will be on Monday July 7, 2014 from 7 - 9 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. Funeral services will be held at 8 PM at the funeral home.
