She was the daughter of the late William Waters and Mary Gavura Waters and was born on December 4, 1953 n New York City. Cynthia was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Robert Peachey at home; sons, Christopher Peachey of Liberty, NY and Robert Peachey of Oklahoma; daughter, Angel Wilson of Liberty; brother, William Waters of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Cathy Diperi of Middletown, NY and grandchildren, Amber Peachey, John Wilson, Wayne Perry and Louise Perry. Visiting hours will be on Monday, October 31, 2016 from 4 - 6 PM at Ramsay's Funeral Home, 275 S. Main St. Liberty, NY. Funeral services will be at the funeral home at 6 PM with Rev. Kenneth Rodgers officiating.
