Survivors include his sons, Robert Whitby and Ronnie Whitby of Middletown, NY; his daughter, Brenda Babcock and her husband William of Barryville, NY; brother, Bennie Whitby and wife Hilda of Middletown; sister, Marjorie Boyd and husband John of Middletown ; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by several siblings. Burial will take place on Friday November 17, 2017 at Wallkill Cemetery in Middletown at Noon. Funeral arrangements are by Ramsay's Funeral Homes Inc. Liberty, NY.
