Obituary of Paul C Embrey

Paul Embrey August 2, 1977 – November 27, 2015 On Friday, November 27, 2015, God gained another angel. Paul C. Embrey, of Monticello, passed away. He was the son of Nancy Embrey and the late Antonio Colon-Mateo, born on August 2, 1977 in Harris, NY. Paul was a hard working person who enjoyed life to the fullest. He loved music, dancing, and playing the piano. He was known to be a very down to earth person. He was a loving father, son, brother and uncle he truly will be missed. Paul leaves behind his pride and joy, his only child, Iyana Slater Embrey; his loving parents Nancy and Nelson Malave; his nine siblings Aida (James), Edna (Bruce), Nancy, Gail, Peter (Angela), Tashanda (Gina) Ramon, Dionisia (Ledora) and Tiffany; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of friends. He is predeceased by his father Antonio Colon-Mateo and his younger sister Melenia Malave. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 10am-12pm at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 11:30am. Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery, Woodbourne, NY.
