Russell “Russ” Richard Hill May 13, 1976 – January 1, 2016 Russell “Russ” Richard Hill, of Woodbourne, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2016. He was 39. The son of the late Mark Richard Hill. Mother Cindy Bailey and step-father Larry Bailey, he was born on May 13, 1976 in Liberty, NY. Russ leaves behind to cherish his memory his children whom he loved so dearly: Ian Hill of Neversink, Courtney Dane of Neversink, and Rhylie Hill of Bridgeville; his girlfriend Lora Clark of Woodbourne; his sisters Nicole Hill of Pennsylvania, Tanya Hubbert and her husband Duane of Callicoon; his niece Mackenzie Houghtailing-Hubbert and his nephew George Hubbert of Callicoon. He loves you both. His Aunt Kathryn Hynson of Livingston Manor, Aunt and Uncle Stacey and Angel Sanbria of Liberty, and Aunt Tami Stehlin of Grahamsville. Russ was a very talented person in his many accomplishments. He was a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend to all that knew him. Friends and family are being received by Russell's family on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 2-4pm at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY.
