Jason Ben Piatt, of Hawley, PA, passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2015 in Narrowsburg, NY. He was 47.
He was the son of Jerry Mason Piatt and Holly Whyte, born on February 19, 1968 in Canton, OH.
Jason worked as a chef at Cordaro’s Restaurant in Honesdale, PA. He was a loving son who will be sorely missed and fondly remembered.
He is survived by his parents Jerry and Holly Piatt of Narrowsburg, NY.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
