My last memory of Bernice is when a couple of weeks ago (with Traci’s help) she FaceTimed me. Even though she was not feeling well and knew what was in her future she still had a smile on her face and continued to make us feel like a part of her extended family. We will always treasure her visits to Michigan. Our deepest sympathy to the family. We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Love you all very much. I still remember all those afternoons at MY grandmothers, playing marble game, or dice, or pinochle and how the whole place rang with your moms laugh, and when your gma was there too, it was pure joy.
I am thankful for these memories and they will be with me until I go.
