Obituary of Arnell Anthony

Arnell Anthony was born to Ruben Anthony, Sr. and then, Ora Mae Anthony on March 31, 1960, in Flora, Mississippi. Her parents moved to New York when she as a young girl. In New York, Arnell attended PS3 Elementary, Commerce Middle School and Charles E Gordon High School. She developed a passion for sewing during her high school years and made many of her stylish outfits. She confessed Christ at an early age and later in her years, she became a Five Percenter. Arnell loved fashion. She sewed her own clothes and fur coats. She enjoyed sewing for others and teaching others how to sew. She often stepped out of her house looking fabulous in her one of a kind creations. She also loved cooking for others, growing plants and herbs and harvesting her own fruits and vegetables. She had a giving spirit and a kind heart. She never met a stranger. She would give someone her last, if they needed it. She spoke up for what was right and she was an effective Community Advocate. Arnell departed this life on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Westchester Medical Center in West Chester county New York after being surrounded by Family and Friends. Arnell was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents; her father Ruben Anthony, Senior; two brothers, Kenneth Tower and Calvin Tower and her Life Partner, God Kundalini Isa Allah. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, her Mother, Ora Mae Akempta-Kargbo; Three Sisters, Annette Mann, Brenda Anthony and Akemptisha (Renaldo) Bailey; One Brother Ruben(Wanda) Anthony, Jr.; 4 Children, Nicole Anthony, David Anthony, God Dyhu Harrison, Bigal Masterstanding Harrison; Six Grandchildren, Cameron Stratton, Canye Stratton, Carmine Stratton, Mila Arnell Anthony, Jalen Anthony, Jiovanni Anthony; and the children shared with her life partner, Divine See Kundalini (Shawn Drew), Lord Kundalini Isa Allah, Graceful Melody Earth, God Rul Allah (Mally), Queen Zuequal Bailey (Michael), A. Ston King Allah, Muun Queen Earth Malone (Rovaldo), King Master Kundalini Isa Allah, K. Amar (Frankie Billups), Princess Gemisa Wisdom, God Goldin Zig Zag Zig Allah, Queen Quedith Earth Claye (William), Empress Quamine Honor Earth, and God Victory Drew Allah and Victory Harrison; Grandchildren she loved from her life partner and another sister Queen Gemisa (Alicia Wingate); Sister-in-law Betty Mason and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and Friends. A visitation will be held from 12 to 2pm at Friendship Baptist Church, 11 Ferndale Rd. Ferndale, NY. A funeral service will follow immediately at 2pm. Repass will take place at the church hall.
