When I was just starting to run Patti, 4 years older, took me under her wing in Cross Country and Track. We ran together at practice and she coached me during meets. Even then it struck me how kind that was of her. Four years is a big gap when in high school but Patti bridged it easily. She really was full of love and we should all be more like Patti. I am so sorry for your loss. I know Patti will be remembered by the many many people she touched every day. She taught me to take others under my wing - paying it forward. I will never forget her kindness and laugh.
