Obituary of Louis Anthony Toscano

Louis Anthony Toscano Sr., from the Bronx New York, passed away on Tuesday, January  12, 2021, at the age of 76. After several months of declining health, Louis died peacefully surrounded by his family.

Louis was born in the Bronx on January 14, 1943, he was the son of the late Frank Toscano and Nardina Toscano. Louis is survived by his sons LouisToscano Jr. and John  Toscano, brother Frank Toscano, and three loving grandchildren Jovan Toscano, Hailee Toscano, and Gianna Toscano, nieces, nephews, and extended family. He was a loving father, grandfather, and friend to everyone.

Louis loved music, especially doo-wop, and rock and roll, where his favorite singer was Elvis Presley.  He had a vast collection of music records where he spent endless hours enjoying the music that he loves. He took great pride in stocking his toolboxes, talking about cars, and how proud he was to be “ A Bronx Boy”. Louis was always there to help relatives and friends. A special thank you to the staff at the Catskill Regional Medical Center for their loving care and support during his final days. 

Louis will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving father, grandfather, and an amazing uncle, an amiable man with a great smile.

A visitation for Louis is planned for Friday, January 15, 2021, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Ramsay’s Funeral Home 275 S. Main Street, Liberty, NY. All are invited to attend. Louis will be laid to rest at Saint Raymond Cemetery in the Bronx New York
