Obituary of Benjamin Antonio Santos

Benjamin Antonio Santos, of Fallsburg, passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. He was 51.

He was the son of Benjamin Santos-Osorio and Maria Rosil DeSantos, born on December 16, 1969 in El Salvador.

Benjamin was a hard-working family man. He was also a Past Fire Police Captain and 18-year member of the Fallsburg Fire Department. Benjamin had a smile to light up the room and was a loving companion, father, and friend to all. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

He is survived by his longtime companion Fiorella Escobar; and his children Jennifer Santos, Marilyn Santos and Benjamin Santos Jr.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm on Saturday, May 1, 2021 and 1 to 3pm on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service and firematic service will be held at 3pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Old Falls Cemetery. Guidelines set forth by the State of New York will be followed, masks and social distancing are required at all times.
