Karen Fenshaw Rose, of Lakeland, FL, passed away peacefully in her home on May 12, 2021 surrounded by family.
Karen was born in Ellenville, NY on April 28, 1967 to William Fenshaw and Theresa Keener. Karen is lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 27 years, Earl Rose; her loving children, Ken Whipple (Vicki), Kristofer Whipple, and Brandon Rose (Destinee); her adoring grandchildren, Emma, Olivia, Lane, and Carson; her loving brother, John Fenshaw (Becky); her loving sisters, Kathy Rasmussen (Tony) and Brenda Esselman (Kevin); her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and her loyal dog Fisher. Karen loved life and never took any moment for granted. She loved to laugh and have fun and captured every memory in her pictures. She loved her family and friends with all her heart. She will be missed dearly.

A visitation will take place on Friday, May 28, 2021 from 1-2 pm at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY, with a service at 2 pm and interment at the Grahamsville Rural Cemetery. Social distancing guidelines as set forth by the New York State Department of Health will be in place; masks are required at all time.
