Michelle "Mickey" Seti, of Liberty, passed away on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at home. She was 61. She was the daughter of Edward Nelson Jaycox and Charlotte "Honey" Davis, born on February 3, 1960 in Monticello, NY.
