Obituary of Kathleen Kivler

Kathleen L. Kivler, of Fallsburg, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Garnet Health Medical Center, Middletown, NY. She was the daughter of Richard and Jeanette (Weber) Hallock, born on March 27, 1954 in Port Jervis, NY. Kathy had a love for Eeyore, Tigers and her beloved Rottweilers. She loved going to the races with her husband at OCF Speedway in Middletown. But nothing compared to love she had for her grandchildren. She is survived by her 5 children: Charles Reed and his companion Kristen Elwood of Bunker Hill, Illinois; Jessica Reed and her fiancée Robert Mann of Ellenville, NY; Amanda Cortez of New Mexico; Cortney Kessler and her husband Jerry Kessler 3rd of Fallsburg, NY; Joshua Kivler and his fiancée Cassandra Pellew of Walden, NY. 2 step-sons Andrew Kessler & Shawn Kessler. 16 grandchildren: Raymond Edwards Jr, Michael Kessler, Joseph Kessler, Zena Kessler, David Kruger, Tyler Navas, Nathanial Hastings, J.J. Kessler, Shyann Kessler, Leland Kessler, Abigail Kivler, Dakota Kessler, Addison Kessler, Jordan Kessler, Ava Mann & Bobby Mann. Her sister Anne Hallock Lawrence and brother John Hallock. She is predeceased by her husband Julius Jr., 2 brothers and her grandson Tommy. Per Kathleen's wishes, there will be no public services. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
