Obituary of Helen Marie Roberts

Helen Marie Roberts, of Livingston Manor, passed away on July 14, 2022 at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. She was 44 years old.

Helen was born on July 7, 1978 in Middletown, NY to Reginald Daniel Roberts and Frances Margaret Bagley Roberts.  She graduated from Livingston Manor High School and attended Elmira College in Elmira, NY.

Helen was a music lover. She enjoyed country music concerts and line dancing. She was a cherished member of the alto section of the Sullivan County Community Chorus who performed in numerous concerts at various venues around the County. She loved traveling and enjoyed going for a scenic drive with no particular destination through the beautiful Catskill Mountains she called home.

Helen is survived by her mother, Frances Roberts; her brother Reginald Roberts; her uncle, Mike Bagley and his wife Marie; her aunt, Annie; and numerous friends from high school, the community, and chorus. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. 

A visitation will take place Tuesday, July 19, from 2-4 pm at Colonial Bryant Funeral Home in Livingston Manor, with a funeral service at 3:30 pm with Rev. Dave Coon officiating. There will also be a Sullivan County Community Chorus concert dedicated in loving memory of Helen on Saturday, July 23, at 1 pm, at Immaculate Conception Church in Woodbourne.
