Ned Jacobs of Bethel passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022, at Garnet Health Medical Center. He was 90.

He was the son of the late Grace Hopper and Jacobus Jacobs, born on September 22, 1931 in Patterson, NJ.

He was a beloved member of the community and worked at a local school as a janitor. 

He leaves behind his long time companion Diane Holland.

A church service will be held on November 19, at 11 am, at the Fosterdale United Methodist Church, 3100 State Rt 17 B, Fosterdale, NY 12726. Interment will take place at the Ponds Cemetery in Oakland, NJ.
