Words cannot express how sorry I am to hear of Jamie's passing away.I never met Jamie,but knew Dawn,Darlene,Brad,Brenda and Aunt Mildred,When I read about Jamie's fun loving trait,sense of humor,it took me back to memories of Aunt Mildred! Though I didn’t really know Jaime I know her aunts, late uncle and grandparents and of course her mom. I don’t have any words to say that will comfort you Dawn but keep her memories alive. Here’s a poem that we read at my moms funeral and it seems to fit for Jaime from what family and friends are saying
THE DASH
I read of a man who stood to speak
At the funeral of a friend.
He referred to the dates on her tombstone
From the beginning to the end.
He noted that first came the date of her birth
And spoke of the following date with tears,
buche saw what mattered most orall
Was the dash between those years.
For that dash represents all the time
That she spent alive on earth
And now only those who loved her
Know what that little line is worth,
For it matters not, how much we own,
The cars, the house, the cash
What matters is how we live and love
And how we spend our dash
So think about this long and hard;
Are there things you'd like to change?
For you never know how much time is left
That can still be rearranged.
If we could just slow down enough
To consider what's true and real
And always try to understand
The way other people feel.
And be less quick to anger
And show appreciation more
And love the people in our lives
Like we've never loved before.
I we treat each owner win respec
And more often wear a smile,
Remembering that this special dash
Might only last a little while.
So when your eulogy is being read
With your life's actions to rehash

Such a beautiful soul, gone too soon.
I only met Jamie once, but the time I spent with her and her family was unforgettable. She was such a fun, loving, dedicated mom... She was so lively, great sense of humor. Her laugh was infectious and a great smile. I am blessed to have spent that fleeting moment with Jamie. Never has anyone made such an impression on me with one brief meeting. RIP sweet Jamie.

My condolences to the family. I met Jamie for the first time this past September at a family bar-b-q. I wish I had more time to spend with her. She had a beautiful smile and personality.
