Obituary of Jeff M. Mangold
Please share a memory of Jeff to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Jeff M. Mangold, of Woodridge, passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. He was 63 years old.
Jeff was born on March 22, 1959 in Evansville, Indiana to Francis Mangold and Phyllis Singleton Mangold. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, and was deeply honored to be a member of the greatest military force in the world. Jeff enjoyed being on the road and was employed by Mountain Candy as a truck driver for many years; during that time he was able to travel the roads of New York State, enjoying the landscape and time spent behind the wheel. Best of all, he loved coming home to his family, especially his cherished children and grandchildren, for whom he would do anything. He was a hard worker who provided for their needs, making sacrifices when necessary. In his free time, Jeff liked a good football game, watching Syfy, and taking the children to the lake. At heart, he was a homebody who appreciated the simple but most precious things in life: his country and his family.
Jeff leaves behind his children, Tisha Berry and her husband Dan, Tiffany Clark and her fiance Adam, and Jeff Mangold and his wife Kristen; his grandchildren Mikey, Landen, Trinity, Alexia, Annalise, Aubrianna, Daniel, Tyler, Kyle, Brandon, Baley, and Mason; his siblings Jerry Mangold, Mary Kaye Schoonover and her husband Jimmy, Greg Mangold and his wife Brenda, and Kathy Flahardy. He is predeceased by his brother, Joe Mangold and the mother of his children, Virginia Morales.
