Obituary of Steven John Heusel

Steven "Steve" John Heusel of Liberty passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at home with his family by his side. He was 75. He was the son of the late Albert Francis Heusel and Mae Theresa Lindsey, born on august 31, 1948 in Brooklyn, NY. He proudly served our country in the United States Airforce. He enjoyed listening to music, spending time at home with his family and watching a good movie. He worked for the United State Postal Service for 32 years when he finally retired. He will be missed by everyone that knew and loved him. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his devoted wife of 47 years Deborah "Deb'" Heusel, his daughter Katherine Aroyo and her husband Jaime, his son William Heusel, his grandchildren Angel, Gabriella, Isabella, Giuliana, Fiona, Anthony and Kingston, his brother Ronald Heusel and his wife Diana and a host of friends. He was predeceased by his brother Albert Heusel and sister Linda Heusel. Visitation will be on Monday, March 6, 2023, at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788 from 10-12:00pm and 3-6:00pm.
