You always told me its never to late to be somebody no matter how many times i failed . So many memories from going to the casino with Aunt Dar to family BBQ's. My “Fly Girl Mo”,
I had the blessing of being in both Mrs. Mo’s 8th and 10th grade English class, but also bothering her on her lunch breaks and always going to her for one of her hugs! She was like a school mom, always told me how beautiful my smile was & how I was her “Little Fly Girl”, but also reminded me of what it was like to grow as a scholar. A true blessing!

When I found this out today it broke my heart. I loved Mrs Moriarty. she was one of my favorite teachers, she made school bareable even after she wasn’t my teacher anymore.. I would hang out with her in the morning waiting for my classes to start. Not only was Mrs moriarty my teacher, her and her husband were my neighbors when I was young. Even after I graduated, every time we seen each other we would have long conversations and she always remembered my goals and plans and when my dad passed a few years ago she was there for me. She will be greatly missed and my thoughts and prayers go out to Fran and the rest of her family. Love you ms mo!!!

May you be comforted knowing your wife and mother left a lasting imprint on all those she encountered. I have fond memories of her. She welcomed me into your home with countless sleep overs! Stacey was my first friend moving up here from Long Island. The bond that Laura and my mom had was phenomenal. When my father was sick and dying, without hesitation, Laura drove my mom back and forth to Westchester. That left a huge impression on me that has lasted. She was a caring and generous soul. She will be forever loved and missed.
