Francis Collins, of Loch Sheldrake, NY, passed away on September 1, 2023 at home. He was 73.

He was the son of the late George Collins and Alice Stark, born on May 6, 1950 in New York City.

Francis lived at New Hope since 2000. Francis was a great and friendly person who loved his people in his community and going out with them to the parks, lakes and to his favorite place “Liberty Dinner”. He was fighting for every day in his life, he will be truly missed by everyone who knew him.

He is survived by his friends and extended family at New Hope Community.

A visitation will be held from 10 to 11am at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service will be held at 11am at the funeral home. Father Ben Zirra will officiate. Burial will follow at Woodbourne Cemetery,Parsonage Rd. Woodbourne, NY.
