My wife and I worked with Frank in the Village of Woodridge for many years. He was one of the best workers the Village had and always a pleasure to be around. I (Carl) remember one time in 1993 during a blizzard I was plowing Broadway, made the turn onto Green Avenue and saw this person walking. As I got up to him I saw it was Frank Christian. Since it was only 4 o'clock in the morning I stopped and asked Frank what he was doing out in the middle of the blizzard so early. He replied "I knew I couldn't get a cab to work in the middle of the blizzard so I decided to walk, and he did, all the way from Old Falls to Woodridge at 4 o'clock in the morning. Frank was never late, that was just his way. He made my job much easier and we always talked about wrestling. I knew I could always count on Frank to give me an update on what matches I had missed. He was one of a kind and will be missed by all that knew him.
