He was the son of the late Elizabeth Ann Timco born on July 19, 1960 in Cleveland, OH.
Steven will be laid to rest in Sullivan County Veterans Cemetery, Sunset Lake Rd., Liberty, NY 12754 on Monday, January 15, 2024.
