Obituary of David A. Lepke

David Arthur Lepke born on May 9, 1962 entered into eternal rest on May 13, 2024, in his home at New Hope Community surrounded by family and friends. David is predeceased by his Mother Aida (Lopez) Lepke and his father Roy A. Lepke. 

David led a very long fulfilling life. He attended Ellenville Central School District. Then later in life he received a Certificate of Completion from Sullivan County Community College. David worked at Ulster-Green ARC in Ellenville. 

David had a love for many things. One of the many things that he loved above all is his bottle of PEPSI. He also enjoyed the simple life and doing things such as, going out to dinner with family and friends, sitting around the table and coloring holiday pictures to decorate the home. Most of all David loved being with his friends in his home and listening to music. 

David is survived by his cousins Donald and Colleen Lepke, along with many other cousins. David also has two stepsisters, Rosa Andrade and Edna Echeverria that reside in Guatemala. 

A visitation will be held from 11am to 1pm, on Friday, May 17, 2024 at Colonial Memorial Funeral Home, 396 State Route 52, Woodbourne, NY 12788. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 1pm, Pastor Peggy Ann Sauerhoff will officiate. Burial will follow at Fantinekill Cemetery, Route 209 Ellenville, NY.
