Nandini, then Susan, was the first friend I made when I moved to NYC in 1957. She and I studied weaving together, met to do handwork once a week. She was the inspiration for my trip to India in 1962. Most importantly, she introduced me to Baba Muktananda and the Siddha Path. I am so grateful to you, Nandini, for this great gift. I have learned a prayer while living in New Mexico said to be from the Navajos. It is
When you were born you cried and the world rejoiced.
Live your life so, that when you die, the world cries and you rejoice.
You are probably rejoicing! What a great life you lived!
