Muggsy was a childhood friend and we spent lots of time exploring the Liberty area. He will always be remembered for his joy for life and his great humor. His spirit will be sorely missed and I send all condolences to his family

Mangan Family Muggs was a part of my life since I was 2 1/2 years old. The Loomis kids had such a good time and many memories to count. He will be sorely missed. Sincere Condolences to all of you. RIP MUGGS
