I am sorry that I am just now reading of Mr. Wilson's death two years ago. He remains one of the special teacher / mentors I was lucky enough to have had as a young person. His intellect and passion were present daily. What a great role model he was. I hope the passage of time has helped in the family's griving process.
We fondly remember Mr DeMeyer as our neighbor on Groo Rd, past member of the Tri-Valley School Board and having his kids and Grandson John Gasko in School and on our Teams. Also enjoyed all "spontaneous" conversations mostly about local sports.
Mr. DeMyer was my high school teacher and such a patient, caring, good man. I remember him fondly during those special high school years, and appreciate his impact and influence during those carefree times of great change. R.I.P., Mr. DeMyer, and thanks for teaching about the past as you extended into and touched the future through teaching and your interactions with so many high school students, young adults, and leaders of today.
