In loving memory of my brother Michael;
Twilight
One cannot measure a lifespan.
Calendars cannot count moments.
The sunsets of twilight,the promise of dawn
Do not truly capture forgotten youth,
Those carefree days of long a go,
Life is told by the wisdom of wrinkles,
Genuine laughter strength of heart,And yes,even the bittersweet memories.
Blessings shower each of us in temporary crowns.
When we count decades as reality,
We know that we must savor the sunsets now,
Share them with the ones you love,
And keep those we have lost close in our hearts FOREVER.
JUDITH A LINDBERGH
MICHAEL I’m holding on to your smile and quick whit. RIP Love your sister Phyllis
