It was with great sadness that I heard of Ruth’s passing. During my career I’ve had the opportunity to work with many secretaries. Ruth was the best. She was confidential, she was confident, and she was loyal. But most importantly, she was caring and a pleasure to work with the Tri-Valley Central school District and I were both fortunate to have her. You must be proud of the wonderful life she lead. Sincerely, George vanderzell.

Mrs McKeon was one of the first "great" people we came in contact with coming to the Tri-Valley School in 1974. She was the outstanding secretary of Mr Kelz the new Superintendent. Mr Kelz surely was a great Superintendent but Mrs McKeon, Mr Kelz's secretary, knew everything that was happening in the entire school. Always pleasant and always helpful. Thank you to the entire family for allowing her to be such a great part of "Tri-Valley" success.

Q: What will you miss most about Ruth?
A: Ruth was always smiling and always happy. She would see someone and hug them like they were her best friend. She loved her family and that love radiated from her. I’m so sorry for your loss. She will be greatly missed by all in the community.
